Boadicea the Victorious, named after the British warrior queen, is the brain-child
of uber hair-stylist Michael Boadi, who has worked on the international fashion
circuit for nearly twenty years. Collaborating with many of the leading fashion
houses (Gucci, Missoni, Prada, Dolce & Gabanna, Chanel) he has teased the
tresses of some the worlds most beautiful women including Kate Moss, Giselle,
Jennifer Lopez and Madonna.
As a passionate, self taught perfumer, Michael’s approach is not limited by convention, remaining free to create truly original fragrances that have already brought him legions of fans. Boadicea The Victorious launched at Harrods, London in 2009 and caused a sensation, an unprecedented stampede to purchase the luxury scents, in their signature, engraved, pewter decanters (which the coveted ‘New Design Award’ from style bible, Wallpaper Magazine).
The unisex fragrances are inspired by Michael’s trips around the globe on glamorous fashion shoots, olfactory memory’s of a walk in the bluebell woods next to Kate Moss’s country home(‘Delicate’) or the citrus gardens of the Missoni family(‘Invigorating’).
